Beth is a Landscape Architect with a combined passion for people and the planet. Beths background in the creative arts has equipped her with robust and effective set of design skills. Beth is a qualified teacher, her work as an educator often centred on the wider community.
Beth strives to keep community at the heart of everything she does and enjoys working on landscape projects that are a product of co design through regular consultation. And that ultimately aim to facilitate and improve access to quality greenspace for all sections of the community, broadening opportunities for meaningful engagement with nature.
Beth was presented the Profession and Practice Award at University from the Landscape Institute in recognition of her collaborative approach to design. Beth was later awarded European Council of Landscape Architecture Schools (ECLAS) Oustanding Masters Student Award 2022 for her Masters Atelier Project. This award honours Landscape Architecture students from Universities across Europe who have demonstrated excellence in the field.
Since gaining her master’s qualification Beth has worked mainly within the public sector on large scale infrastructure projects; Blue and Green Infrastructure Strategy; Active travel and Access frameworks, Spatial Masterplans and also Strategic recreation plans for the renewable energy sector.
