PENMYNYDD FARM, ANGLESEY

Introduction

Our work at Penmynydd Farm started in 2017 and continues with the current planning application. We have been commissioned to develop a high quality, low-density site layout and landscape design for over thirty luxury lodges set within a naturalised landscape and focussed around a new fishing lake.

The design includes all aspects of site work from a detailed Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment through to detail levels design and planting specifications. Throughout the process we have also worked in close collaboration with the planning consultants, drainage design (including SAB approval process) and highways design.
