Founder, Director & Landscape Architect, CMLI
A highly skilled landscape architect, Simon has over 20 years of experience in historic landscape, masterplanning, public realm design and regeneration projects both in the UK and internationally.
He established Land Studio in 2016 to create a nature led landscape architecture, engineering and ecology design practice.
Simon is also Joint Chair for the Design Commission for Wales and a Design Panellist for Chester.
Director & Landscape Architect, CMLI
Kate has dual qualifications in both landscape architecture and architecture and has studied and worked in both disciplines throughout the UK. She is involved in a wide range of projects, including further and higher education, regeneration, healthcare and public realm.
She has previously been a studio tutor at the University of Liverpool and a PLACED Ambassador, delivering architecture workshops in schools across Merseyside. Kate is also Chair of Landscape Institute Wales and a Building with Nature Assessor.
Director & Civil Engineer, CEng BEng (Hons) MICE
An experienced civil engineer, Lisa heads up our in-house delivery of civil engineering designs specialising in water management solutions.
Lisa has worked for both contractors and large multi-disciplinary engineering consultants and brings a nature led approach to landscape and civil engineering projects.
She is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and Women in Property.
Director & Ecologist, CIEEM
An experienced ecologist, Lyn heads up our in-house delivery of ecology.
Lyn undertakes ecological survey, mitigation and licencing work for a variety of clients in the private and public sectors, working in close collaboration with our in-house landscape architects and civil engineers. She is experienced in leading ecological work for large scale complex projects, including housing, rail, infrastructure, commercial, utilities, quarry and nature conservation projects.
She is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM).
