As part of the build up to UKREiiF Simon is looking forward to clipping in for this year’s SLR Cycle to UKREiiF ride from Kendal to Leeds with Club Peloton
Over 1.5 days, he’ll be taking on some incredible (and no doubt challenging!) terrain through the Lake District, Forest of Bowland and Yorkshire Dales, before rolling into Leeds in time for UKREiiF.
The ride is not just for the views though. It will be raising funds for Club Peloton, the charity and real estate cycling community that has donated over £5 million since 2006 to projects that transform the lives of young people.
This event is specifically supporting Cyclists Fighting Cancer (CFC), who help children and young people living with and beyond cancer by:
- Providing lightweight bikes so they can safely get active again
- Funding static recumbent bikes and other exercise equipment for paediatric oncology units
- Supporting physical fitness, mental wellbeing and social connection at a time when it’s needed most
I’m really looking forward to meeting up with the group in Kendal and riding alongside so many colleagues from across the property industry, all for a brilliant cause.
