Species‑rich meadows, native tree and woodland planting, and integrated SuDS drainage basins define character areas, manage surface water naturally and enhance biodiversity.
Lodges are arranged within this green framework to maximise views while maintaining a soft, low‑impact profile in the wider landscape.
