Pennant Park, Flintshire

Pennant Park is a lodge and glamping destination centred around an established golf course near Holywell in Flintshire.

Since 2020, Land Studio has worked across the wider park to develop a series of new lodge and glamping areas, several of which are now built and operational.

Our work has focused on using the existing topography, fairways and woodland to create discreet clusters of accommodation within a coherent green framework.

Native tree planting, meadow creation and carefully designed paths and spaces weave the development into its setting, enhancing biodiversity while maintaining the park’s recreational and commercial offer.

Ongoing phases follow the same nature‑led, deliverable approach.
