At Aqueduct Marina Holiday Park, Land Studio designed a new lodge and touring development set around an existing canal basin and leisure facility.

The curving site layout responds to the water’s edge and views over the River Weaver, creating a fluid, landscape‑driven arrangement of pitches and lodges.

Integrated SuDS basins and swales manage surface water sustainably while doubling as attractive, wildlife‑rich features.

Naturalistic planting, including native trees, wetland species and meadow grassland, ties the scheme into its rural riverside context.
