For Mullacott Caravan Park in Devon, Land Studio designed an extension to the existing static caravan area with a curving, landscape‑led layout.

Central SuDS basins form the heart of the scheme, managing surface water and creating focal points for habitat creation.

A wider network of meadows, native tree planting and green corridors links these basins to the surrounding countryside, softening the development edge.

Our work included landscape assessment, drainage design and detailed planting proposals, ensuring the extension is both technically robust and visually integrated.

The result is a coherent, nature‑positive expansion that supports the park’s long‑term success.
