Penmynydd Farm is a fishing‑focused holiday lodge development of around 50 units set in the rural landscape north of Anglesey, near Valley.
Land Studio developed a sketch masterplan that places water, habitat creation and landscape character at the heart of the scheme.
The lodges are carefully orientated around new lakes and wetland features, connected by green corridors and native planting.
Extensive habitat creation, including meadows, woodland edges and enhanced water margins, supports biodiversity and creates a tranquil setting for anglers and guests.
The landscape‑led approach supports planning by demonstrating a sensitive, commercially robust development that strengthens the site’s ecological value.
