Pwll Coch

Pwll Coch is a coastal holiday park within the Anglesey AONB, close to Lligwy Bay.

Land Studio undertook a site‑wide appraisal to re‑configure the layout and accommodate new static caravan pitches.

Extensive landscape and planting design work focused on reinforcing existing vegetation patterns, creating new hedgerows, and introducing species‑rich grassland to break up massing and enhance habitat value.

Our landscape assessment demonstrated how the proposals respond to local character, coastal views and AONB sensitivities.

The resulting layout knits new units into a stronger, more legible green framework, improving both the visitor experience and the site’s ecological performance.
