Tan y Castell is a boutique glamping site of bespoke timber pods with striking views over Castell Dinas Brân and Llangollen.

Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the project demanded a considered, landscape‑led approach.

Land Studio developed the site layout and planting design, carefully positioning pods to make the most of views while minimising visual impact from key vantage points.

Native planting, meadows and subtle path networks bed the scheme into the hillside. Our landscape assessment supported the planning process, demonstrating that the design could enhance local landscape character.

The completed scheme delivers a distinctive, nature‑immersive visitor experience.
