At Apple Tree Park, Land Studio analysed and re‑planned the existing holiday park to integrate additional touring caravan pitches.
We prepared a landscape assessment that guided development towards less sensitive areas, supported by planting design and site‑wide environmental enhancements.
New native tree and hedge planting, meadow areas and small SuDS features improve landscape structure and biodiversity, while carefully arranged pitches maximise capacity without compromising visual quality.
