Red Kite Caravan Park is set within a sensitive upland landscape, where Land Studio designed an extension of lodge pitches terraced up the slope.
Our landscape assessment identified key viewpoints and guided the height and arrangement of terraces to reduce visual impact.
The layout is underpinned by extensive new planting, including native hedgerows, tree belts and meadow areas that soften the built form and create valuable habitats.
This structure supports surface water management and reinforces the sense of being embedded within the Welsh landscape.
