Priory Place Redevelopment, Chester

This flagship project, in partnership with Grosvenor Hart Homes, focuses on the redevelopment of existing housing stock to create affordable homes for families with children and vulnerable young people. 

The initiative aims to support these young individuals in their transition to adulthood, with the long-term goal of expanding similar developments across the North West of England and Central London.

Land Studio’s design involved, multi-functional external spaces, detailed planting schemes, and the implementation of retrofit Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS). These SuDS features, such as permeable paving with subbase attenuation and custom raingarden planters, were designed for ease of construction and utilized locally sourced materials from the Grosvenor Estate.
