Land Studio were commissioned by Anwyl Homes to provide flood risk and civil engineering concept design for the development at Somerford Green in Congleton, Cheshire East. 

Land Studio provided a comprehensive flood risk assessment and drainage strategy for the specific needs of the site. A key feature of the development is the integration of sustainable drainage systems (SuDS), thoughtfully incorporated into the design of public rights of way (PROW) and residential hubs, enhancing the aesthetic and environmental quality of the green spaces for community engagement and outdoor recreation, further enhancing the value of the development by promoting a healthy, active lifestyle for residents.
