We are a specialist environmental design consultancy with a long-standing track record in the leisure sector and expertise working on new lodge, static, touring and glamping parks across the UK alongside the upgrading and extension of existing sites. Over the past decade, we have delivered over 120 parks across the entire country.
We bring together a holistic site design with landscape design, surface water management and ecology into one fully integrated studio. What makes us different is that we think and work as one team to create commercially successful, environmentally responsible and technically robust developments.

We offer a full park design service that delivers concept layouts through to technical delivery of parks on the ground.
Our full design service includes the laying out of the park pitches and roads, surface water drainage strategies, flood risk advice, hard and soft works design of all external spaces alongside a specialism in landscape assessments (including Landscape Appraisals, Townscape Assessments and Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments).
We provide a full ecology surveying and Biodiversity Net Gain in England and Net Benefit for Biodiversity in Wales, assessment service with further specialisms in Bats, Badgers and Great Crested Newts. In detail our services include:

We recently worked on a holiday park in North Wales to put together a strong submission, including a robust landscape impact assessment and a layout design with a range of environmental improvements, including nature corridors with woodlands and mixed native hedgerows, which helped to win consent within the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
