THREE CLIFFS BAY, GOWER
Introduction
Three Cliffs is an incredible, five star, holiday park situated on the cliffs overlooking the bay within an extremely sensitive landscape and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We were commissioned in 2019 to develop a series of site wide strategies, layouts and landscape assessments to resolve a number planning issues.

The process ultimately ended with a successful appeal to resolve the planning issues which in turn has led to the submission of a further planning application to incorporate amendments and alterations to the existing park and camping fields. Throughout the project we have worked extensively with the client, the planning consultants, Savills and the specialist legal advice that formed part of the appeal.
